Our Bonkers Year
Pivoting is so 20/21. What was your ‘back to normal’ year like? Mine was anything but and I am not
Authentic Happiness is the work of Dr. Martin Seligman, Director of the Positive Psychology Centre at the University of Pennsylvania and founder of positive psychology. This is a branch of psychology which focuses on the empirical study of positive emotions and strengths-based character.
As a small company, we understood the value of understanding the personality traits, strengths and values of each individual in our small team and so asked everyone to complete the Authentic Happiness Survey. We merged the collective character traits to arrive at the Rusher Rogers Company Values which underpin our brand, our actions and everything that we do.
Kindness and Generosity
Generous with our time, we are never too busy to assist our colleagues, candidates and clients. We genuinely enjoy helping others and therefore strive to achieve positive outcomes for everyone we help through our work.
We believe in fairness, equity and justice. This reflects on our excellent candidate care and our approach to recruitment processes. We’re members of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry so we can ensure all we do is compliant with employment laws and regulations.
Honest, authentic and genuine to our clients, our candidates and each other in equal measure.
Our decisions are backed by industry experience, knowledge and research; our clients can rely on our advice. We examine problems from all sides before we come to important decisions. We’re proactive, not reactive and are open to new ideas for constructive change.
Citizenship: We specialise in the NGO sector and volunteer our time to a local University pathways programme. Recently, we engaged in a pro-bono partnership with an NGO to help secure employment opportunities for asylum seekers and refugees.
Teamwork: We love to partner with clients to find a recruitment process that best compliments their unique ways of working.
Loyalty: we see loyalty to clients and candidates as key to the success of our business.
Give it a go yourself.
